SPOON is an independent concierge service that purchases official admission tickets to La Lonja de la Seda in Valencia in the visitor’s name and on their behalf. SPOON does not resell tickets. SPOON is not the official ticket office, owner, operator or representative of La Lonja de la Seda and is not affiliated with the City of Valencia (Ajuntament de València) or its municipal museum services.

Concierge service fees, which include access to our multilingual audio guide, are separate from the official admission price set by the City of Valencia. Visitors who prefer to buy their tickets directly, without concierge fees, can do so on the official ticketing website of the City of Valencia: www.valencia.es/apps/tickets/

About SPOON and Our Concierge Service: SPOON is an independent concierge service that assists travellers in purchasing official admission tickets for attractions and cultural sites. Tickets are purchased directly from official providers, in the visitor’s name and on their behalf. SPOON does not resell tickets and is not affiliated with the owners, operators, or official ticket offices of the attractions featured on our platform, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Our concierge service includes handling and securely processing ticket purchases, verifying availability and bookings, delivering confirmed tickets, providing personalised assistance and customer support, and access to our immersive multilingual audio guides, where available, to accompany visitors throughout their discovery of the attractions. Our concierge service fees cover these services and are separate from the official admission prices set by the attractions. By using our service and confirming their booking, visitors expressly authorise SPOON to act in their name and on their behalf to purchase official admission tickets for their account, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

Direct Purchase Option: Visitors who prefer to purchase tickets independently may do so directly through the official ticketing platform of the City of Valencia, without concierge service fees. Cancellation and Modification Policy: Official admission tickets are generally non-cancellable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable, in accordance with the terms and conditions established by each attraction. Our concierge service begins upon confirmation of the booking and includes the purchase and delivery of official tickets, personalised assistance, and access to our multilingual audio guides, where available. In the event of cancellation or modification of a visit by an attraction, the applicable refund conditions will depend on the official ticket policy and the nature of the services provided by SPOON, without prejudice to visitors’ statutory consumer rights. Chargebacks do not constitute cancellation requests and do not automatically guarantee reimbursement. Any payment dispute will be reviewed in accordance with the procedures of the relevant card network and issuing bank. SPOON reserves the right to provide supporting evidence of the booking, ticket delivery, and concierge services rendered.
